Crewfare is on a mission to bring people together for experiences they love by modernizing and reinvigorating the way they book travel. This is the next generation of travel software - focusing on community, collaboration and experience.

 
 

The User Journey & Experience

Kayen Peppa was tasked to facilitate the user journey and experience by allowing the users to quickly and efficiently book travels and events for large groups. The challenge was to find the most intuitive way to select hotels, room types, and dates. Then allowing checkout with split payments between all the members of the groups.

 
 
 

Branding & Aesthetic

For this project, Kayen Peppa created a design and brand aesthetic that resonate with a younger audience. The goal was to find the perfect balance between a fun design approach that also communicates trust and excitement.

 
 
 
 

The Booking Process

Crewfare offers a variety of booking and payment methods such as “Pay for crew” which allows a single individual to book an event and trip for their entire crew or “Crewpay” which in this case allows the person in charge of the booking to set the payment split options.

 
 
 
 

The Mobile Experience

A younger audience means that the mobile experience is a huge part of the traffic if not the majority. That’s why Kaeyn Peppa approached the mobile design focusing on delivering an experience tailored for the on-the-go users.

 
 
 
 

The Admin

This is where everything is being managed. Crewfare had a lot of data points that needed to be analyzed and monitored. Our role was to make it easy and digestible for marketers, account directors, and hotel reservation managers to have an overview of the business and track the actions taken by users.
