Moolax
Moolax is a new personal finance platform designed to empower users to effectively track their income, manage savings, and gain a comprehensive understanding of their financial situation. The goal is to provide tools that encourage financial wellness through building multiple income streams and making informed money management decisions.
Information Architecture
As lead designer, I developed an information architecture that allowed users to link all income sources and spending accounts to track cashflow in one place. Key features included income/expense tracking, budgeting, savings goals, investment performance, and debt management, organized into clear categories and priorities. The architecture focused on simplifying money management to optimize visibility across finances and empower smart savings and investment strategies.
Branding & Aesthetic
The Moolax branding uses a dark blue palette to convey premium quality along with vibrant purple, cyan, green, and blue accents for a modern, energetic look. The aesthetics feature rounded corners and friendly shapes to appear welcoming to young users while maintaining a clean and professional feel.
The Product
The platform provides an intuitive, user-friendly experience through clear information architecture and consistent navigation. Core workflows for tracking income and expenses, budgeting, savings goals and investments are streamlined with simplified data entry and automation to optimize ease-of-use.
