
Hairspring is a luxury watch ecommerce experience designed to showcase timeless craftsmanship, elevate product storytelling, and create a refined journey from discovery to purchase.


Hairspring commissioned Kayen Peppa to create a luxury ecommerce experience that would elevate the perceived value of its timepieces and reflect the timeless elegance of the brand. The goal was to use refined typography, generous whitespace, cinematic imagery, and a restrained visual system to create a sense of exclusivity and craftsmanship. The overall design approach was intended to immerse visitors in a premium world where every detail reinforces sophistication, heritage, and the art of fine watchmaking.





Hairspring enlisted Kayen Peppa to refine the UX and information architecture of its ecommerce experience in order to present collections, product stories, and brand content in a way that feels both effortless and elevated. The goal was to balance luxury storytelling with ecommerce usability, ensuring that users could browse, discover, and evaluate products without friction. The redesigned UX focused on clean navigation, intuitive product exploration, and a carefully structured content flow that supports both the premium nature of the brand and the functional demands of online shopping.
